Unique Dishes at Satori
During our tasting session, Satori offered us an array of delightful culinary experiences. We started with the Nori Salad (S$9.80) - not just an ordinary salad, but topped with crispy whitebait, adding a surprising crunch and unique flavor.
Next, we tried the Truffle Seafood Chawanmushi (S$9.80), which boasted a strong truffle flavor that left a lasting impression.
The highlight of our meal was the Tsukune skewers (minced chicken) (S$6.80 each). Dipped in raw egg, their flavor was elevated to a whole new level.

We also indulged in other skewers like Seseri (chicken neck), Bonjiri (chicken tail), and Tebaski (chicken wing midsection) - all priced at S$6.80 each. Each type of meat presented a robust flavor, but for those who prefer less salty dishes, pairing them with egg dip can help balance the taste.
Other Noteworthy Dishes
Other interesting offerings included Sunagimo (chicken gizzard) (S$3.80 each) with a slightly strong flavor, perfect for those who appreciate distinctive meat tastes. We also tried the Cherry Tomato skewers (S$6.80 each) - great for those who love the fresh sweetness of tomatoes.
The Shishito (green pepper) skewers (S$5.80 each) added an intriguing bitterness that highlighted the flavors of the meat and other dishes. Don’t forget to try the Pork Jowl and Buta Kakuni (S$7.80 each) – two pork dishes worth savoring!
Distinctive Desserts
To wrap up our meal, we couldn't resist dessert. Most ice cream flavors are priced at S$3.80, while the Custard Mochi is S$5.80. The Goma (black sesame) ice cream, with its rich taste, quickly became our favorite, while the grape ice cream provided a refreshing tang.
