We’ve worked hard to simplify the recipe without compromising on quality. It can be stored for up to two months, delivering a flavor that you won't find in any other jar—so good that you might just want to eat it by the spoonful (I definitely do!).

The ingredients for this Chilli Crisp are quite easy to find. If you live in Ryde, you can pick everything up from Coles in Gladesville or Top Ryde, Woolworths, Asian grocery stores, or The Growers.

1. Dry Spices - This is the base of Chilli Crisp, adding flavor to the oil. You can find everything, including Sichuan peppercorns, at major supermarkets if you live in a multicultural area or at Asian grocery stores.

2. Frying Oil - Use vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil, or any other neutral oil. The oil will be gently heated, so you don’t need a high smoke point oil.
