My Favorite Roasting Pan
All of these recipes start and end with a really good roasting pan. One that holds its shape and doesn’t let food stick. My favorite roasting pan is the Nordic Ware Roasting Pan. I have several sizes—half pans, full pans, and quarter pans. I use them frequently for roasting, cooking, and serving! They have been loved and used for a long time but still perform beautifully every time.
